Co-Founder & Marketing Maestro
I started working in social media marketing in the Myspace days (around 2004) helping bands and businesses grow their “friends” count. Helping these accounts grow was very satisfying and got me hooked on leveraging social media to lead to conversions while it was still in its infancy. Fast forward a few years and platforms later and the team and I are running promotional paid campaigns for large brands on a nationwide scale with amazing results.
Growing up, I wanted to be a veterinarian or a paleontologist
The biggest challenge is having to keep up with changes to algorithms and when rules change on the advertising platforms. Staying abreast of these changes and testing a lot helps campaigns stay on track and take advantage of new features.
What I enjoy most about the work I do is having the freedom to work from anywhere and being able to do the things I love and spend time with the ones I love while still making an impact for our clients.
Leaders in the entrepreneurial space that have built massive empires while remaining humble and not losing sight of what’s important in life.
I love to fish (freshwater and ocean) and spend time in nature.
I play over 6 instruments and I can destroy Rick (my partner) in FIFA (soccer video game)
Getting an all-access pass to the Taylor Swift Reputation tour for being part of the campaign and seeing the magnitude of an event that size from behind the curtain
Co-Founder & Strategy Extraordinaire
I’ve been a marketer and entrepreneur since I can remember but really honed my skills in the corporate arena. I helped build funnels and systems used by top sales reps in NY and NJ for two fortune 500 companies ADP and Paychex. Sales and strategy are the two areas that have always gotten me excited. Not only, “how do I get people here” but “how do I convert them once they come”. My focus has always been on results because leads mean nothing without sales.
A business owner. I didn’t care what kind of a business as a kid, but I just wanted to be like my father and step-father.
The biggest challenge I’ve had to overcome has been turning non-sales people into sales professionals. We are all in sales, we just have different views of was sales is. I’ve made it a point to help people understand that sales is a good thing, it’s how we grow our businesses. More importantly, it’s how we help others get exactly what they need. (Just ask my wife, it took me YEARS to convince her!)
My favorite part of what I do is hearing back from practice owners that were ready to throw in the towel say, “you’ve turned my business around”. It’s what I work so hard for. The greatest part of my success is knowing I’ve helped make someone else successful.
My wife. I know it sounds cheesy, but she’s such a dedicated, hardworking, and strong woman. I’ve seen her conquer med school with highest honors and fight for her dream to be a doctor. She’s my constant inspiration.
After working so much what I I enjoy most spending time with family and friends especially over a great meal. I also love to sing (and like to think I’m pretty good at it).
I DJ’d for Marc Anthony in Atlantic City when I was 19 years old and don’t care that Fred (my partner) thinks he’s good at FIFA.
Before webinars were a big thing, I drove over 600 attendees from fortune 100 and 500 companies to a webinar that led to a ton of sales for my step-father’s small business. The framework of that strategy is still being used by the company today (over 13 years later).
Creative Connoisseur
I’ve been a graphic designer for 10+ years, and over the past few years it became clear to me that design is subjective, unless it’s measurable. It doesn’t matter if you like the design, what’s important is how the market responds to it. As a designer, everything shifted for me, and I knew that I needed to combine marketing data with my existing skill set. Now, everything that I create has a specific purpose and I get to work with a team that breaks down the data so I can make beautiful and effective changes.
I became fascinated with sneaker design at a young age and have always I loved drawing. So, I’ve always wanted to design my own sneakers for Nike. I still plan on fulfilling that dream, but right now there’s something more important on my plate, to help practice owners build their businesses using my graphic design skills!
A beautiful design doesn’t necessarily equal conversions. It’s been an eye-opening lesson for someone like me, who’s passionate about beautiful design, to learn that a gorgeous design doesn’t always lead to results. However, through hard work, experience and continued education I’ve figured out how to combine beauty and results!
My favorite part about being a designer is when I create something that surprises myself and others and exceeds expectations.
I’m inspired by anyone that is the best at what they do. It’s a hard and lonely road and talent isn’t the only driving force to get to the top. It takes dedication and perseverance.
I like to work out and hang out with the people that matter most. I also like sports; basketball, golf and boxing. Also… do naps count?
First let me say that I’ve been a part of both successful companies, and failed ventures. I’ve also seen millions of dollars go to waste trying to build one product because of a lack of direction from the top. With that being said — the most WOW moment in my career was during my first week at Tier3 Media, when I realized how amazing this opportunity is. The viability of the business model and market, combined with the passion, honesty and transparency of founders Rick and Fred made me fully confident to go ALL IN on Tier3 Media. It’s a real agency that gets real results I’m extremely grateful to be a part of it.
Marketing Marvel
I went to school for Fashion Merchandising and started my career as a footwear buyer at Zappos.com in Las Vegas. From there I worked with Lacoste in Australia and Katy Perry Footwear in New York City. Working closely with digital marketing teams throughout my eCommerce career, what interested me the most was attracting qualified traffic to our sites. In 2017 I fully transitioned into the digital marketing world growing brands and training business owners on how to set-up Facebook campaigns that convert and produce insane ROI.
When I was growing up I had audacious ambitions of becoming the first female president of the United States.
Finding balance between work and family became my biggest career challenge in 2017 with the arrival of my son, Max. I love having the opportunity to pursue my passion of helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses while working remotely and having the flexibility to spend precious time with my little family.
I’ve worked with many business owners who struggled to get new customers and felt like they were wasting money with their digital strategy and didn’t have clear metrics to make decisions with. The most rewarding part of my career is helping business owners who feel lost when it comes to digital advertising and helping them create Facebook campaigns that actually convert and add to their bottom line. The best days in my job are when I hear from a client and they share their incredible results and attribute it to the campaigns we set up for them.
My father is a small business owner for over 40 years and his work ethic, determination, and the sincere care for his customers has inspired me in every stage of my career. Growing up working for him gave me a deep appreciation for small business and has shaped my attitude for having personal accountability to the ultimate results in the bank account.
In my off-time, I run long distances for fun, now with the addition of a jogging stroller! I have run numerous half-marathons and several full marathons including the LA Marathon, the Sydney Marathon, and the New York City Marathon.
1.) I lived in Sydney, Australia for one year and it is my favorite city in the world.
2.) To celebrate our first wedding anniversary, my husband and I climbed and reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The most WOW moment in my career was actually the launch of my career. When I graduated college I received a job offer from Zappos in Las Vegas and on a leap of faith I packed my dog and everything I owned into my car and drove from Florida to Nevada where I didn’t know a soul. Looking back, this was the most defining career move because without their company culture and their encouragement in helping me grow professionally I wouldn’t be where I am today. It was at Zappos that I developed a voracious appetite for continuous growth and learning that’s helped catapult me into new and exciting roles throughout my career.
